OBJECTIVES
- An introduction to radiophonic creation – create your own radio programme!
- Use semi-professional sound recording equipment.
- Discover how to use a variety of digital audio tools.
- Discover a technique that is widely used on the radio.
WHO’S IT FOR?
Maximum number of participants:10. Open to all (from 12 years old). Some experience of using digital technology required. You will be working in pairs.
DESCRIPTION
In this workshop, you will work together to produce a radio programme: you will spend four days immersed in the world of the radio, learning about recording, editing, and live broadcasting techniques.
As a podcast or live, this workshop is an opportunity to work hands-on with different tools and get started on creating for the radio.
CALENDAR
The workshop comprises 4 two-hour sessions spread over 2 weeks (you must attend all four sessions):
Session 1: Thursday 8 July 2021, from 3-5 pm at the Lavoir Numérique.
Session 2: Friday 9 July 2021, from 3-5 pm at the Lavoir Numérique.
Session 3: Monday 12 July 2021, from 3-5 pm at the Lavoir Numérique.
Session 4: Tuesday 13 July 2021, from 3-5 pm at the Lavoir Numérique.
Don't forget to bring a smartphone that can record sound!
